Cancellation & Refund Policies

Leadership Roundtable hopes everyone who registers for the Catholic Partnership Summit will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. Leadership Roundtable’s Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Summit Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Leadership Roundtable Catholic Partnership Summit Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual Leadership Roundtable Catholic Partnership Summit.

Full Refund (transfer allowed)

Conference registration canceled on or before February 5, 2024 is 100% refundable.

Partial Refund (transfer allowed)

Conference registration canceled between February 6 and 19, 2024 is 50% refundable. 

The option to transfer to another registrant instead of the partial refund is available.  

No Refund (transfer allowed)

Registrants canceling on or after February 20, 2024, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. At this date, we have guaranteed your participation with our vendors and partners and are unable to provide a refund of your registration fees. 

Registration fees may be transferred to another individual with no additional fee.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Event Postponement/Cancellation

In the event Leadership Roundtable must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Leadership Roundtable will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents Leadership Roundtable from continuing with the conference. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, and site unavailability.
